How to identify whether silica gel products are food safety grade?

The polymerization of silica is usually a small molecule between molecules, such as acetic acid and moon loss. It does not contain metal initiators, nor does it contain benzene or double bonds. The silica bond stability of silica gel is better than that of carbon based polymer.

So the silica gel is basically safer. It is not food grade, mainly silica gel monomer, which has low purity and no essential difference. Therefore, it is not food grade silica gel, nor will it cause disease or cancer.
